– Cash to the courier upon delivery.

This payment option is suitable for those customers who want to give a bouquet to someone with delivery, but at the same time pay in cash. Payment is made in advance: before the fact of delivery to the courier or directly in our store in Minsk. The courier service at your address for pre-payment is paid additionally. (8 rubles). This service works only in Minsk.

– Cashless payment (TN/TTN).

Based on the invoice issued by the flowerminsk.by online store, the payment is made from a bank account.

– By bank card in the flowerminsk.by online store

We accept payments with the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belkart.

After clicking the “Buy” button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system

The payment page will show the order number and payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.

If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, your system will prompt you to go through the standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).

After payment, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of delivery.

Please note that after the payment is made, a confirmation of payment will be sent to the email address you specified. Please save your payment details.

Bank card payments are made through the bePaid electronic payment system. The payment page of the bePaid system meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).

Refunds are made to the card with which the payment was previously made. The term for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the return by the Seller.

 

Warranty and returns
Please note that in accordance with the List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to exchange and return (Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 14, 2002 No. 778 “On measures to implement the law of the Republic of Belarus “On consumer protection”) fresh flowers are not subject to exchange and return.

All claims for the quality of flowers are accepted at the time of receipt of the order.

In cases where the execution of the order is impossible due to reasons beyond our control: unreasonable refusal of the order accepted for work, provision by the Customer of incorrect or incomplete data about the Recipient of the goods (wrong address, the Recipient is absent at the specified address), or the Recipient refuses (for any reason) accept the delivered goods, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund is made. The customer has the right to independently pick up the paid order in our store “Flowers”, which is located at the address:Minsk, Zhores Alferov St., 10, room 331 (Flowers store, large sign in black letters), from 10.00-20.00.

However, we agree to take all possible measures to fulfill your order (delivery to another address, at another time, to another Recipient), subject to payment by the Customer of all additional costs.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel an order that has already been paid for, but delivery that has not yet been made, then you must report the refusal in writing to order@flowerminsk.by (in free form) and by calling us at +375 44 782 25 89 (velcom).

In case of payment for the goods to the courier in cash, the refund is also made in cash in Belarusian rubles minus the delivery fee.

Cost of delivery:
Delivery by courier in the city of Minsk and Zhdanovichi – 30 rubles.

Delivery outside the city of Minsk – at Yandex delivery rates.

Delivery to other regions of the Republic of Belarus is not carried out due to the sale of perishable goods.

The order is accepted for execution immediately after the payment is made from 9.00 to 21.00.
Delivery of bouquets and flower gifts is carried out in Minsk and the Minsk region at a time convenient for the customer and the recipient, or can be made at the exact time (indicated by the customer).
In the vast majority of cases, our company exactly follows your instructions on the delivery time. At the same time, in rare cases, due to the workload of the delivery service (for example, on holidays), the order can be completed within a few hours of the time you specified.
Fulfillment of individual customer requests is our job. We will select and arrange exclusive gift sets (for example, late greeting card, etc.).
